ChatGPT public IP signals

ChatGPT IP check (public IP signals)

IP0 checks the public identity, network type, proxy and anonymity attributes, public reputation, and blocklists for an IP. The result describes the IP; it does not predict whether ChatGPT will accept a request.

Check a public IP Updated

What is measured

The report lists the sources actually queried, their record times, and success or failure states. It also explains agreement, conflict, and coverage. A complete risk index is withheld when required data is missing.

What an IP check cannot tell you

  • A data-center or proxy signal does not prove an account violation or guarantee that ChatGPT is unavailable.
  • A clean result only covers the lists queried for that report; it is not a universal guarantee.
  • IP0 has no OpenAI internal risk, account, billing, or regional-permission data.
